Today we had fun with monsters. We read lots of monster stories and poems. Leonardo the Terrible Monster was our favorite so we read it twice! This is one of the poems we read. This poem is so much fun because it is easy to act out. We acted scared for the first two lines and then we pretended to "sneak" around the room and yelled, "Boo!" Snowman Fun!
We only had a four day week because Monday was a teacher work day. The kids were so excited to be back and we had lots of fun with snowmen. I kept forgetting to take my camera to school. GRRRRR!
